Cindy Starfall is of mixed Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese descent. The granddaughter of a wealthy Vietnamese entrepreneur, she emigrated with her family to USA at age 15. She attended both an all-girls Catholic school and a fashion school, and moved out of the family home and out on her own at age 18.
